PHASE I: Initial Selection
Every athlete that enters the Program must first meet all admissions requirements and possess a strong desire to succeed academically, characteristics found in every IDEA Student. Please visit About IDEA Recruitment to find out more about the initial selections process.

PHASE II: Athletic Selection
From a pure athletic selections process, the Program's renowned international coaches assess each candidate's athletic potential during several practice sessions. During this process, coaches select the athletes capable of making an impact in athletic programs at all levels: NAIA, JUCO, and NCAA.

PHASE III: Individual Athletic Profile
IDEA’s coaches work with the selected athletes in preparing and evaluating them. Phase III may take up to six months and is the groundwork for an in-depth customized report on each athlete, which is then communicated to all coaches participating in the Showcase through a detailed profile on each athlete.
