The Program brings together student-athletes who've never signed a professional contract and who will be prepared to enroll in classes for up four terms including the Fall term following the showcase. Participants include:

•	High School students
•	High School graduates
•	Select group of college transfers (never involved in intercollegiate athletics)

Some benefits of this one-of-a-kind international showcase include:

•	IDEA selects and brings athletes difficult to see in action overseas
•	Not only is it free to college coaches, IDEA also provides you free room and board for coaches.
•	Coaches can meet the athletes and participate in one-on-one meetings with their selected prospects after each session.
•	Due to the length of the Showcase, coaches can carefully evaluate over the course of many games and also watch training and off-the-field habits.
•	Athletes are eligible to participate in NAIA, NJCAA, and NCAA.
•	Coaches receive detailed academic and athletic profiles on every athlete.

In addition to displaying their athletic talents at the program, international students experience college life and participate in many enlightening cultural activities with their American equals. This interaction helps develop the Program into a complete educational experience for all the students on campus, faculty, and recruiters.
